Katie has been a resident of Northeast Florida since she moved here with her son in 1996. She has learned so much about the city and the Greater Jacksonville area. She decided to take advantage of the knowledge of area and put it to work helping others and making a positive impact. She entered the world of Real Estate with great memories of growing up in her family home that her mother and father purchased just before she was born. She wants to help others have those same memories to look back on. She has a passion for the process of buying and selling real estate and I’m here to be a one stop resource during your transition! Katie loves working with Keller Williams Atlantic Partners, where the coaching, technology, and innovative thinking have largely contributed to her success. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she owned an employee benefits agency and also had a successful career with Mary Kay Cosmetics, she even earned a Pink Cadillac! Both of those career choices taught her how to deliver excellent customer service and pay attention to the details. She takes pride in putting others first and she looks forward to representing you in a positive, professional manner! Katie is married to her husband, Joey. She has one son who lives in Austin, Texas with his beautiful wife; as well as a bonus daughter who lives in Jacksonville. She also is actively involved with Act 4 Nations, an organization that helps women around the world to find their way out of human trafficking and slave labor.
